Individual Counselling

In-person and online telehealth counselling and therapy to help adults to be strong and to bounce back from life’s challenges, as well as maximizing their ability to enjoy their lives and appreciate the good. Bonnie offers interventions based in Transaction Analysis (TA), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR, all from a person-centered approach. Some of the life situations that Bonnie can help with include things like:

  • looking at current daily life and history to understand self and make new choices
  • developing tools to bounce back from sadness or depression

  • teaching advanced communication skills such as how to display gratitude and how to argue eloquently
